About the Role:
Owen Motor Group Inc is looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Parts Manager to lead our parts department in Marshall, IL. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the parts department, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Source, purchase, and maintain optimal stock levels of OEM and aftermarket parts
- Coordinate with service technicians and service advisors to ensure timely parts availability
- Build and maintain relationships with parts vendors, wholesalers, and suppliers
- Monitor department performance metrics, sales goals, and profitability targets
- Train, supervise, and support parts department staff
- Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and parts returns professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or Parts Specialist required
- Strong knowledge of OEM and aftermarket automotive parts and inventory systems
- Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive department profitability
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
