About the Role:
Owen Motor Group Inc is looking for a passionate and driven Motorsports Service Advisor to join our team in Charleston, IL! Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist motorsports customers, providing expert guidance on service needs and repair options
- Write up accurate and detailed repair orders for powersports, motorsports, and recreational vehicles
- Communicate repair timelines, service updates, and estimates to customers throughout the service process
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize workflow and ensure timely completion of service jobs
- Upsell recommended maintenance services, parts, and accessories to enhance customer value
- Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and dealership loyalty
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a service advisor, preferably in motorsports, powersports, or automotive dealership settings
- Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or other motorsports vehicles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret repair orders, service manuals, and warranty documentation
- Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and jobs simultaneously
- Valid driver's license required; motorsports endorsement a plus

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
