About the Role:
Join our team at OWEN MOTOR GROUP INC as an Automotive Lube Technician, where you will play a vital role in keeping our customers' vehicles running smoothly. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while providing essential maintenance services that our customers trust.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks on a variety of vehicles.
- Inspect and replace air filters, wiper blades, and other essential components.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
- Complete Ford required training and follow mentorship from your Master technicians.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment in the service area.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive maintenance or lube technician role preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
