Responsibilities:
- Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Utilize advanced tools and technology to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate findings and recommend solutions.
- Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- ASE Master Certification or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
