Maintenance Technician / Equipment Operator

Lincoln Trail Motosports is hiring a Maintenance Technician / Equipment Operator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in heavy equipment operation, facility maintenance, groundskeeping, and equipment repair.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining tractors, skid steers, dozers, backhoes, dump trucks, ATVs, motorcycles, and side-by-sides (SxS).

Job DutiesQualifications
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on:
- Tractors
- Skid steers
- Dozers
- Backhoes
- Dump trucks
- ATVs
- Motorcycles
- Side-by-sides
- Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Complete grounds maintenance including mowing, trash removal, and general property upkeep
- Maintain buildings, grounds, and race facility areas
- Assist with track preparation and event setup
- Inspect machinery and report repair needs
- Ensure all equipment is properly fueled, cleaned, and operational
Preferred Experience
- Experience in equipment maintenance, mechanic work, or heavy equipment operation required
- Experience with tractors, skid steers, dozers, or backhoes preferred
- Experience with small engine repair, powersports maintenance, or diesel equipment is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Availability for weekends and holidays required
